Bosun's Chair
Working in the mast top needs a high grade of safety and comfort. Even if the work takes longer than estimated your seat position must be comfortable. The technical concept of the Bosun's-Chair gives you all. The thick plywood, inserted in the seat pocket is 20 mm thick and wide enough. To secure the plywood from moisture, it is welded into vinyl plastic film.
The strong 80 mm wide main webbing belt in combination with the D-ring from fireworkers safety belts guarantees a breaking load of the whole system of 1.400 Kp. Recently tested by TÜV Germany.
The adjustable leg and shoulder belts keep you in a safe position even if you faint.
Side loops at the side chair carry your tools, the side pocket with Velcro closure takes smaller repair parts safely up in the mast top. If there are bigger systems to bring up into the mast top, you can click on the carry-bag, wherein the chair can be stowed away. This Bosun's-Chair with all the new amendments has already been the test winner in lots of magazines.

It packs down neatly for stowing, and the bag doubles as a tool bag so that you can take the tools up the mast with you.
LED Replacement Bulbs
Everybody knows navigation and anchor lights drain the ships batteries drastically.
We all know standard bulbs have a limited life and fragility. Now we have a way to tackle these problems!
The Bay15D 50 LED's Replacement Bulb will replace your conventional 25Watt glowing bulb instantly converting your navigation lights into LED navigation lights.
- The LED bulb consumes just 3.5 Watts instead of the normal 25 Watts. Saving battery life and expectancy.
Featuring a long life capability and being insensitive to the movements and vibrations of the ship they will last for over 50.000 hours. Fewer trips up the mast!- Normally LED's need to be wired the right way to ensure polarity but as this light has a built-in diode bridge
- As most of the navigation lights always leak a little, we have waterproofed the LED bulb. The LED bulb can be powered from 10V to 30V/DC so they are suitable to use on boats with a 12V/DC power supply and a 24V/DC power supply.
When the time comes to replace your bulbs make sure you buy the right LED replacement bulb. Some other products on the market are not bright enough to replace a 25 Watt conventional bulb and safety is of the utmost importance when specifying navigation lights.
